Features in a Digital Watch

What features do you look for when you are buying a digital watch? I want a digital watch that is waterproof and it has an automatic daylight saving time. I don't mind other features as long as these two are there.

Me, too. I would like those two features in a digital watch. I would also like the screen to be backlit at a push of a button. It looks nerdy, but I miss my old calculator watch. I like calculators on digital watches.

I like to have a count down option. I often need to time things at work and so the stop watch feature is very important to me. It is much easier then pulling out my cell phone.

I like the features listed so far as well. I also like being able to see the time in other time zones, and sometimes it's nice to get a digital watch that doesn't have a resin band.

I think the stop watch is a common feature for digital watches. I don't know of any digital watch that doesn't have a stop watch.

That is true of most digital watches. I will be happy to have a digital watch with a compass as well as a calculator as an added feature.

There are other digital watches with very intricate patterns that appeal to you in an instance.

In any digital watch I purchase I like to have easy to read face, stop watch feature and waterproof. Those are my requirements, anything else is just an extra bonus.

I have seen analogue watches with compass in them. It is good to have that kind of feature when you are like hiking or trekking. I haven't seen a compass on a digital watch so this will be new to me.
