Reviving Old Watches
I was cleaning this morning and found a watch that was owned by my grandfather. He gave that watch to me before he passed away. It is not working any longer and I'm thinking whether I would revive it or just clean it and keep it in a safe box as a memory of my grandfather.

RE: Reviving Old Watches
I have yet to manage to do this myself but I was one quoted an insane amount to pay for someone who said he could almost guarantee the work. I figured it was a shame and just decided to keep the watch as more of a sentimental value instead.

RE: Reviving Old Watches
Nobody gave me a classic watch before so I am not sure if I'm going to revive it or not. If fixing the watch won't cost that much then it would be all right to repair it.
