9/2/11
I have a plain Timex for my everyday watch. I don't have a picture of it right now, but it wasn't very expensive. I prefer to save others for special occasions.

RE: 9/2/11
Yes I agree. I do this with almost all my jewelry except my wedding ring. I tend to lose things and so for me it's more then just saving it for a nice time but not having the daily risk of losing it.

RE: 9/2/11
I'm the same way. I have everyday watches that I wouldn't be bothered if it got ruined or lost. I expect them to get scratched, etc. Then I have the special occasion watches that I take very special care of.

RE: 9/2/11
I wouldn't say a Timex was plain...sometimes simplicity is a beauty especially when it comes to watches, the trick for watch manufacturers is to find the balance between making a watch simplistic yet pleasing to the eye and basic and boring and Timex watches often find this balance quite well on some of their 'basic' models.

RE: 9/2/11
A Timex is actually a decent every day watch. They actually work pretty well and last a long time. Plus they go well with everyday casual attire.
